Whatever items you order from our online store you will find a choice of different delivery options to suit your needs. The prices charged are at Royal Mail and myHermes standard prices as displayed on there own web sites. We only charge for the cost of postage and not the packaging as well. All items are packed and processed in store by us personally. We gate up way before the postman has even had his breakfast to make sure everything is checked, double checked and then carefully packed ready for dispatch.
We always aim to post items within 1 working day of receiving your order. Some larger items and signed for deliveries can take up to 2 working days as we have to wait for a courier to collect. We can not post items on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Standard or Large letters shouldn't cause any problems as they will fit through your letter box but remember to keep your eyes open for the posty for any parcels or larger items. If there is no one home to receive a Royal Mail delivery the parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection for up to 15 working days. After this it will be returned to us as a non delivered item. Royal Mail do not always leave a none delivery card so if your delivery is late it is always worth checking with the sorting office which can be found on the following site.
Larger and heavier items will be sent using UK Mail which is a tracked and signed for service. There must be some one available to sign for the delivery. Couriers will attempt to deliver a parcel up to 3 times before it is returned to the sorting office for collection. If you would like to track your parcel please e mail us and we can send you the web site link and parcel tracking number.
If you live in an area that does not have a delivery option listed on the web site we can still deliver. Just drop us an e-mail with the delivery address and items required and we will calculate the postage costs and get straight back to you.
